  • DO YOU OFFER DIGITAL PRODUCTS?

    Yes! Some of my art is available as instant digital downloads—perfect for printing at home or using in your own space. Once your payment is confirmed, you'll receive a link to download the files. No physical product will be shipped.

  • HOW DO I DOWNLOAD MY FILES?

    After you check out, you’ll receive an email with a private download link. You’ll have 24 hours to access your files, so be sure to save them to your device right away. If you run into any issues or missed the window, just reach out—I’m happy to help.

  • WHAT KIND OF PHYSICAL PRODUCTS DO YOU SELL?

    Right now, I offer art prints, canvases, tote bags, and phone cases. All physical items are made to order through trusted production partners and shipped directly to you.

  • DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?

    Because each item is made just for you, I don’t currently accept returns or exchanges. But if something arrives damaged or there’s an issue with your order, please email me within 7 days of delivery at [your email] and I’ll make it right.

  • HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO SHIP?

    Physical products usually ship out within 3–7 business days, depending on the item. You'll receive tracking info as soon as it’s on the way. Digital downloads are, of course, available instantly!

  • CAN I REQUEST A CUSTOM DESIGN OR COMMISSION?
